Katarina Vanek

Katarina Vanek has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager Global Talent Management and Senior Manager Digital Learning at Heraeus since March 2015. Prior roles at Heraeus include Manager Global Talent Management, where significant contributions to global talent strategy were made, including a new talent identification process and leading the implementation of SuccessFactors. Previously, Katarina worked as HR Business Partner at Plzeňský Prazdroj, focusing on strategic people management processes in the Czech and Slovak markets, and as a Trainer at SAP, delivering soft skills training. With a Master's degree in International Trade and Managerial Psychology from Prague University of Economics and Business, along with international education experience from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and CEMS Louvain School of Management, Katarina also pursued studies in Ayurveda and has demonstrated a commitment to proactive self-development throughout her career.
