Melissa McLane SHRM-SCP, MBA, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for MoSci & ETS and Compliance Officer at Heraeus since March 2019, Melissa also holds the position of Executive Member on the Board of Directors at GUIDE, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, roles included Human Resources Director at SANUWAVE, Regional Human Resources Manager at Beacon Roofing Supply, and Director of Human Resources at Habasit, among others. Educational credentials include two MBAs in Finance and Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Buffalo State University.
