Richard W. has extensive experience in the field of information technology, with a focus on SAP deployment and management. Richard began their career at Accenture Technology Solutions as a Consultant, where they worked from 1994 to 1996. Richard then moved on to various roles, including SAP Programmer at Advanced Technologies Laboratories, Contractor Team Lead at Mitsubishi Consumer Electronics of America, SAP Development Manager at Lyondel/Equistar Petrochemicals, and SAP Applications Consultant at Lucent Technologies.

In 2002, Richard joined Optical Fiber Solutions as a member of the Global Business Solutions team. Richard worked there until 2003 before transitioning to Heraeus, where they held multiple positions. At Heraeus, Richard served as SAP Applications Consultant, Manager of SAP Applications, and Director of Applications Region America.

The most significant roles held by Richard at Heraeus include SAP Implementation Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in optimizing and harmonizing business processes across multiple locations. Richard also served as Head of Global SAP Deployments, responsible for the roll-out of SAP across the US and Europe, and Vice President of Information Technology Americas.
