Prior experience includes a role as Global Senior Marketing Director at Kimberly-Clark, where Courtney led the $1.4B Feminine Care Category and held various significant positions within the HUGGIES® Brand, including driving strategies for premium diapering and innovation. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Management with honors from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.
