Hayward Kjelstrom

Hayward Kjelstrom is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in internal audit and finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Internal Audit at Herbalife Nutrition since November 2020, Kjelstrom has previously held key finance roles including Controller at J BRAND, Director of Finance at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., and Group Controller at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., where supervision of financial results for both foreign and domestic subsidiaries was a critical responsibility. Kjelstrom's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager position at KPMG LLP, where audit engagements for various public and private companies were led. Kjelstrom began the professional journey as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, after earning both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the same institution.
