James Segal

James Segal currently serves as the Vice President Legal for Herbalife Nutrition in the EMEA region, overseeing legal and company secretarial affairs across 57 countries and leading a team of 10 lawyers. Previously, James held the position of Corporate General Counsel and Deputy Company Secretary at IMI, where responsibilities included M&A legal affairs, governance, and the management of trademark portfolios. James’s extensive legal career also includes significant roles at Diageo, where key achievements encompassed leading major acquisitions and compliance initiatives. Earlier experiences include senior counsel roles at The Rank Group plc and real estate legal practice at Taylor Wessing. James holds an LLB in Law from Cardiff University and completed the Law Society Finals at Chester College of Law.
