Jennifer Gima

Jennifer Gima serves as the Global Vice President of Talent Management at Herbalife, leading various functions related to talent management, including employee engagement and succession planning. Previously, at FM Global, Jennifer was the Vice President of Talent Management, where responsibilities included designing global talent management strategies and collaborating with executive leadership on talent development. At CVS Health, Jennifer directed leadership succession and executive development for a large workforce, while at Aetna, Jennifer managed performance management and succession planning for a significant employee base. Early career experiences include various HR roles at NBC Universal, Cisco Systems, Swiss Re, and General Electric, where Jennifer developed expertise in organizational design, learning and development, and talent performance. Jennifer holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
