With over 18 years experience, including 16 with Herbein | FOS Risk Management, Lyle Loeb provides internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley/FDICIA services to their financial institution clients.

Lyle’s experience provides a comprehensive foundation in all financial institution aspects, including banking operations, and financial management. Lyle’s background includes an emphasis on risk and control-based auditing, where he is responsible for assessing the risks, identifying the related controls, and developing internal audit procedures to validate and test the control structure of all areas within financial institutions. He also has worked extensively with financial institutions in the implementation and documentation of the FDIC Improvement Act (FDICIA) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements. While not performing audits, Lyle enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with the local youth association.
