Ying Mei

Ying Mei is currently a Project Engineer, Marine Engineer & Naval Architect at Herbert Engineering Corp. Mei's work experience includes internships at American Bureau of Shipping, Lloyd's Register, Jiangnan / Hudong -Zhonghua / Shanghai Shipyard, and Nantong COSCO Kawasakii Shipyard.

Ying Mei received their Master's degree from the University of Michigan and their Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Ying is also certified as a Professional Engineer from the State of Washington.

Ying Mei reports to Hendrik Bruhns, President. They work with Seong Ju Lee - Principal, Marine Engineer, Peter Zink - Principal, Naval Architect & Marine Engineer, and Panos Roussos - Senior Naval Architect.
