Coleen Hollywood

Coleen first joined Herbert Mines Associates in 1999 in a Marketing and Business Development role and soon thereafter was named a Principal shifting her focus exclusively to executive search.

In 2001, she founded her own executive search business and for ten years worked with retained search firms as well as with retail, wholesale and consumer goods companies assisting with their executive search needs.

Coleen rejoined Herbert Mines Associates and was named Vice President in November 2011.

A graduate of Marist College, Coleen earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Coleen lives in Beacon, New York with her family.

At Herbert Mines Associates, Coleen is responsible for placing senior level executives in a broad range of assignments in the omni-channel, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and consumer goods industries. She has conducted searches including Chief Executive Officer,Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Chief Information Officer, in addition to functional leaders of digital/e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, information technology and real estate. Coleen’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, private/family owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.
