David Gray

David Gray has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in the Energy & Mining industries. David started their career at Clifford Chance LLP as a Corporate Finance professional from 1996 to 1999. In 2001, they joined Herbert Smith Freehills, where they became a Partner and Head of Corporate Perth. At Herbert Smith Freehills, David advises clients on various corporate transactions, including takeovers, equity capital markets, acquisitions, reconstructions, and disposals. David is also a member of the firm's Australian Head Office Advisory team.

David Gray received a Bachelor of Economics degree with Honours and a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from Monash University.
