Frédéric Chevallier has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in intellectual property litigation. Frédéric started their career as an Associate Lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in 2008, representing a leading search engine and provider of online services in various intellectual property disputes. In 2010, they joined Allen & Overy LLP as Counsel and continued their work in intellectual property litigation, representing high-tech companies and pharmaceutical innovators in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes. In 2018, Frédéric became a Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, where they currently hold the position of Co-Head Life Sciences Sector EMEA.
Frédéric Chevallier completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IP and EC Competition law from The University of Edinburgh in 2003-2004. Following that, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Propriété industrielle from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2004-2005.
