Kate Bower

Kate Bower is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction and engineering disputes. Since June 2015, Kate has held the title of Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, where a focus on construction and projects has been established through both front-end and back-end matters. Prior to this role, Kate served as a Senior Associate at Ashurst from July 2011 to May 2015 and took on the role of Secondee legal counsel in procurement at Woodside Energy from June to November 2013. Kate began the career as a Solicitor at Blake Dawson from March 2006 to June 2011 and initially trained as an Articled Clerk. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Murdoch University (2000-2005) and ongoing studies at Konan University (2003-Present), along with foundational education at St Mary's Anglican Girls' School (1995-1999).
