Lisa Hayward-Chellar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa has held various senior roles in project management and program management in prestigious organizations such as Herbert Smith Freehills, Equinix, Telefónica UK, State Street Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Renault Financial Services, HBOS, Bank of Scotland, and Capital Finance Australia. Lisa'sexperience includes leading and managing project portfolios, establishing project management offices, implementing process improvements, developing training programs, and coaching individuals and groups. Lisa has a proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes and improving business performance through their expertise in program and project management.

Lisa Hayward-Chellar completed a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy from 2013 to 2019. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & Art from the University of Chester. In addition to their degrees, Lisa has obtained several certifications including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in September 2019, Agile PM practitioner from APMG International in November 2018, and Scrum Master Certificate from The Knowledge Academy in April 2018.
