Lloyd Langenhoven

Lloyd Langenhoven has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. With experience at various companies such as Herbert Smith Freehills, Intertrust Group, Bowmans, and Standard Chartered Bank, Lloyd has held roles ranging from Associate to Manager in Legal and Business Analyst positions. At Herbert Smith Freehills, Lloyd focused on commercial contract review mandates and legal due diligence investigations for industries such as banking, telecommunications services, engineering, pharmaceutical, private equity, and investment. Throughout these roles, Lloyd has provided legal advice in areas such as guarantees, counter-guarantees, and standby letters of credit.
