Luke Mouton

Luke Mouton is an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills since May 2022, having previously held positions as Incoming Associate and Summer Associate. Mouton completed a Judicial Externship with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois from August to December 2022 and a Judicial Externship at the Supreme Court of Missouri in summer 2021. Mouton was a 2018 Kinder Scholar at the Kinder Institute on Constitutional Democracy and worked as a Policy Analyst for the United States Senate's Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs in summer 2018. Mouton holds a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford (2019-2020), a Doctor of Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2020-2023), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2015-2019).
