Oksana Yatsun

Oksana Yatsun is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and management accounting within the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Finance Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills since January 2022, Oksana previously held finance roles at notable firms including Goodman Derrick LLP, Reed Smith LLP, and Olswang (now CMS). With a career starting in 2003 at Crouch Chapman Chartered Accountants as an Audit and Accounts Senior, Oksana has cultivated expertise in financial management and accounting, supported by a BSc (Hons) in Management and Economics from Kharkiv State Academy of Food Technology and Management and ICAEW accreditation.
