Farooque Sarwar

Farooque Sarwar has extensive work experience in various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and the Pakistan Air Force. Farooque has held leadership positions such as Director of Plant Operations at Herbion Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd and Director of Operations at Qarshi Industries (Pvt) Ltd. In these roles, they focused on ensuring the supply of quality products on time with profitability. Farooque has also served as the Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment at Pak Elektron Limited PEL and Haier Pakistan Pvt Ltd, where they implemented measures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Additionally, Sarwar has worked as a Management Consultant & Trainer at the Pakistan Institute of Quality Control & Integrated Solutions Associates, where they established performance-based management systems and conducted training workshops on international standards. Farooque also has experience as a Lead Auditor & Trainer at Bureau Veritas Quality International & Moody International, conducting third-party certification audits and organizing seminars on international standards. Prior to their career in the private sector, Sarwar served in the Pakistan Air Force, holding various positions and gaining experience in automotive engine and generator overhaul, strategic planning, and aircraft maintenance.

Farooque Sarwar completed their secondary education in Science at Cadet College Hasanabdal from 1979 to 1982. Farooque then pursued a High School degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at P.A.F College Sargodha from 1983 to 1985. Following this, Farooque attended College of Aeronautical Engineering at P.A.F Academy Risalpur / NED University in Karachi from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering.
