Eve Drinis

Eve Drinis has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Eve was the Senior Director of Learning and Integrated Talent Management at Herc Rentals in 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Organizational and People Development at Gerdau Long Steel North America from 2016 to 2017, where they led talent processes, programs, and services. From 2006 to 2016, Eve worked at Honeywell, where they held the position of Director of Organizational Development & Learning, developing the learning strategy and content for senior business leaders. Eve also served as the Director of ERP Deployment, overseeing SAP implementations in the Asia Pacific region. Before Honeywell, Eve worked as the Vice President at a Technology Solutions Company from 1996 to 2006, where they designed methodologies for change management, communication, training, and process definition for SAP and PeopleSoft deployments. Overall, Eve has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, organizational development, and learning strategies throughout their career.

Eve Drinis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as being a 2023 LearningElite Finalist from Chief Learning Officer, being a Honeywell Lean Expert, holding a Honeywell 6 Sigma Greenbelt certification, and completing the Honeywell Organizational Development & Learning Academy. Eve has also received training in Human Centered Design from the LUMA Institute.
