Jennifer Usenick

Jennifer Usenick, PHR, currently serves as the Military Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Manager at Herc Rentals since August 2021, focusing on military programs and talent advising. Prior to this role, Jennifer was an Executive Assistant at the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) from October 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing communication flow, calendars, travel arrangements, and large-scale events for executives. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resource Program Manager in the US Navy from October 2008 to February 2017, handling employment records and interpreting human resources policies. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
