Jill Hawbecker

Jill Hawbecker is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching and learning development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner at Herc Rentals since December 2021, Jill brings a fresh perspective to the learning culture within the organization. Previously, Jill held the position of Lead Teacher at Victor J. Andrew High School from August 2000 to December 2020 and worked as an English Teacher at Fox College Inc. from August 2017 to November 2020. Jill holds a Master's degree in the Pedagogy of Writing from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature with a Double Major in English Writing from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame.
