Jim Brant

Jim Brant, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of E3OS Business Transformation at Herc Rentals, Jim previously held key leadership roles at Brant Consulting Services as Principal Consultant and at JELD-WEN, Inc. as Senior Director of Enterprise PMO and Director of Program Management. At Ingersoll Rand, Jim contributed as Transformation Leader for Enterprise Strategic Initiatives and held various roles focused on operational excellence and employee engagement. Jim’s tenure at Danaher Corporation included positions such as Operations Strategy Leader and Lean Facilitator. Jim obtained a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
