Kati Bass

Kati Bass has extensive experience in the heavy equipment rental industry, currently serving as the Director at Herc Rentals since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing Transmission, Distribution, and Power Generation across the United States and Canada. Prior roles include Segment Manager and Strategic Manager for National Accounts at Horizon Pharma plc, and Territory Account Manager at BlueLine Rental, focusing on capital equipment sales and service in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Kati began a career as a Sales Executive at Toshiba Business Solutions, representing Stargel Office Solutions. Kati holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Texas State Technical College Waco.
