Marcia Yonaley

Marcia Yonaley has over 19 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Marcia currently holds the position of Vice President, Controller at Herc Rentals, a role they have been in since August 2023. Prior to this, Marcia worked as the Senior Director, External Reporting & Technical Accounting at Herc Rentals, where they played a key role in the preparation of the Form 10 registration statement and the stand-up of the External Reporting function. Before Herc Rentals, they served as the Director of External Reporting & Policy at Herc Rentals, where they were responsible for managing all required filings with the SEC and interpreting and implementing accounting policies. Marcia also has experience working as the Director of Accounting at Community Health Systems and as the Director of SEC Reporting and GAAP Accounting at Miva. Marcia began their career as an Audit Manager at EY.

Marcia Yonaley completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting at Michigan State University from 1995 to 1999.
