Michael Nikoley

Michael Nikoley holds a degree in Associate of Science in Computer Science from Heald College. Currently serving as the Regional DOT Manager at Herc Rentals since May 2023, Michael has built a diverse professional background that includes roles such as Facilities Manager, Dispatcher, and Truck Driver at Alpha Explosives from April 2016 to May 2023. Michael also gained experience as a Professional Driver with Marten Transport and C.R. England between May 2015 and May 2014, respectively, contributing to a zero-accident and violation record. Prior to these positions, Michael operated a freelance video production service from June 2011 to July 2014 and worked as General Manager at Provanta Corporation, handling invoicing, billing, and expense coding from October 1998 to January 2011. Additionally, Michael served as a Phase 1 trainer starting in October 2014.
