Nydia Spates has extensive experience in sales and operations within the rental and banking industries. Currently serving as the Sales and Operations Support Manager at Herc Rentals since November 2014, Nydia previously held various roles at Bank of America from 2004 to 2014, including Vice President and Banking Center Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams to achieve sales and service goals, managing daily banking operations, and enhancing client relationships as a Senior Personal Banker. Nydia's educational background includes attendance at Saddleback College and Universitat d'Alacant.
