Thomas Graf

Thomas (TJ) Graf has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to application development, business intelligence, and data analytics. Thomas (TJ) is currently the Director of Application Development and BI Analytics at Herc Rentals, where they manage and enhances business intelligence systems. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Application Development and Business Analytics at Cherry Bekaert LLP and Director of Enterprise Data at Edelman Financial Services. During their time at SunTrust, they held roles as Group Vice President, Wholesale BI Delivery Manager and Group Vice President, Enterprise Workstream Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bechtel Corporation, SpeedFam IPEC International Services LLC, Nelco Technology, and ACT II Printed Circuits, where they gained experience in various development and management positions. Thomas has a strong background in developing strategic plans, leading teams, and implementing solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

Thomas (TJ) Graf has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Economics from the University of Rochester (1988-1992) and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix (1995-1997). Thomas (TJ) also obtained a High School Diploma from Norwich High School (1985-1989). Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA (obtained in January 2013) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in May 2007).
