Inge Van Belle is a founding partner of Herculean Alliance, a Belgian company specializing in organization development and change management. Inge has over 18 years of experience in the corporate world, including stints as a communication manager, business consultant, and co-founder of Hercules Trophy North America. In their current role, they help organizations to develop their people and culture in order to achieve their strategic objectives.

Inge Van Belle has a Master's in Law from KU Leuven, an Erasmus from LUISS Business School, Candidatures in Law from Université de Namur, and a Bachelor's in Eastern European Languages & Culture from Ghent University.
