Sterling Schwab

Sterling Schwab has extensive experience in both military service and account management. An active member of the United States Navy from 1984 to 2015, Sterling served on active duty and in the Reserves, including mobilization to Masirah Island, Oman. Since February 2010, Sterling has worked as an Account Executive at Hercules Forwarding, demonstrating a strong capacity for client relations and sales growth. Prior experience includes a role as Account Executive at YRCW, where Sterling successfully turned around a sales territory experiencing a 26% loss, achieving a recovery to a 13% gain within one year. Sterling holds a BA in International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed JPME-1 at the US Naval War College.
