Bruce has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Georgia College & State University. With experience in various roles such as Inventory Specialist, Frontline Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Estimator, and currently in the role of Outside Sales in the Commercial Division, Bruce has developed skills in training, delegation, customer interaction, and administrative support. Throughout their career, Bruce has demonstrated the ability to manage operations, develop relationships with customers, and achieve production goals.

Founded in 1962 by William Newland, Hercules has grown to 18 locations in five states, three manufacturing and fabrication divisions.
