Dexter has also held roles as a Crew Member at Pita Pit and i9 Sports, where skills in teaching and leadership were developed. Additionally, experience as a Warehouse Coordinator at Webb Container Corp highlights strong organizational abilities in shipment coordination. Dexter holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University, complemented by studies at Fort Lewis College.

Founded in 1962 by William Newland, Hercules has grown to 18 locations in five states, three manufacturing and fabrication divisions.
