Ruslan Sergeyev

Ruslan Sergeyev is currently the Managing Director of Venture and Technology Lending at Hercules Capital, Inc., a prominent venture debt provider managing over $6 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Ruslan served as Managing Director of Venture Lending at Stifel Financial Corp. and Pacific Western Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing new deal origination and underwriting efforts for the bank's venture lending portfolio. Before that, Ruslan held various positions at Golub Capital, focusing on middle market lending, and began a career in finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, engaging in leveraged finance and investment banking. Ruslan holds a degree in Finance from Penn State University.
