Pat Bolger

Pat Bolger is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, project delivery, and management across various industries, particularly in Agtech and SaaS domains. Currently serving as CTO at Herdwatch since February 2021, Pat plays a pivotal role in driving innovations in farm management software, supporting over 16,000 farms globally. Previous positions include Acting CTO and Head of Research and Development at iCabbi, Head of Software Development at Origin Enterprises Plc, and key roles at Stratus5 and SAASENT Technologies, where Pat significantly contributed to product delivery and business development. A co-founder of Compisol Ltd, Pat has also held senior positions at Ebeon Ltd, Logica Group, and Ericsson. Pat holds an MBA in International Executive from University College Dublin and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the same institution.
