Alexander Nediger is Vice President Corporate Development at Mercedes-Benz Group AG, with global responsibility for M&A, Cooperation Management and Real Estate. Mr. Nediger has worked with Mercedes-Benz Group AG over 13 years in various positions. As Vice President since 2020 and Director since 2016, he has been responsible for strategic partnerships and M&A transactions around automotive software and innovation across Mercedes-Benz Group and the expansion of its global digital RD Footprint. Mr. Nediger was appointed as member of the HERE Supervisory Board effective as of June 16, 2022.
