Kajsa Thiele

Kajsa Thiele is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Revenue Accountant at HERE Technologies since October 2025, Kajsa previously held the position of Financial Controller at EIT InnoEnergy, where efforts focused on optimizing financial processes and improving cash flow through enhanced order-to-cash processes. Earlier roles include founding Accuwantiq Consulting to support Swedish businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic and serving as a Sr Finance Specialist at Deltek, managing VAT compliance across EMEA and APAC regions. Kajsa has also worked in various accounting capacities at Stark Ekonomi AB, Kao Corporation, LeasePlan Sverige AB, and has a solid educational foundation with a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
