Leonard Boicu, CP APMP, currently serves as the Bid Manager EMEAR at HERE Technologies, where responsibilities include orchestrating proposal creation and ensuring compliance with customer requirements while emphasizing the value proposition of HERE. Prior to this role, Leonard Boicu was a Bid Manager at Codec Ireland, managing complex, high-revenue bids to support sales teams.
