Maura Kessel

Maura Kessel is an experienced professional in user research and service design, currently serving as the Head of User Research & Service Design at HERE Technologies since November 2018. Prior to this role, Maura worked as a User Researcher & Design Thinking Expert at T-Labs from April 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, Maura held leadership positions at Climate-KIC, overseeing both the Start-Up Programme and the Education Programme from 2012 to April 2016. Early in the career, Maura was a PhD Candidate at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, TU Berlin from September 2009 to February 2012. Educational achievements include a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management and a Master's degree in Psychology, both from Technische Universität Berlin.
