Roman Shikin is an experienced professional with a strong background in product partnerships, sales, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Partnerships for Eastern Europe at HERE Technologies since June 2016, Roman leads data and technology initiatives, fostering team growth and engagement. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Data Acquisition and Community at Kelly Services, where operational management and strategic initiatives were key responsibilities, and as National Sales Manager for Russia at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, driving significant market growth. Roman's career began at The Coca-Cola Company as a Sales Representative, followed by a role at Megapolis Agency as a Recruiter. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University and a High School Diploma from Castro Valley High School.
