Joanne Sorce

Joanne Sorce has worked in the field of technical support since 2010. Joanne began their career as a FiOS Technician, Tier III Computer Technician and Internet Helpdesk Technician at Frontier Communications. In 2010, they also worked as a Field Operations Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Support at Datto, Inc. and is currently employed as a Software Technical Support at Heretto.

Joanne Sorce completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego between 1979 and 1983. In 1988, they attended SUNY Brockport. In 2010, they obtained their A+ Certification in Computer Support Specialist from the Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Center for Workforce Development. Between 2018 and 2019, they earned their CCNA Certification from Monroe Community College.
