Tiffany Wiley, CBAP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tiffany is currently serving as the Director of Product & Business Analysis at Heretto since February 2023. Prior to that, Tiffany worked at Kincentric from 2015 to 2023, where they held the positions of Director, Product Experience and Business Analysis, and Manager, Business Analysis & Scrum Master. In these roles, they led a cross-functional global product technology team, defined business and product priorities, and streamlined processes, among other responsibilities.

Before joining Kincentric, Tiffany worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Business Analyst in 2015. Their responsibilities included conducting business analysis activities, partnering with stakeholders, and coordinating project deployments. Tiffany also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at MedAvante from 2006 to 2014, where they ensured applications met user and business needs while maintaining compliance. Additionally, Tiffany served as a Customer Success Specialist at Seneca Foods Corporation from 2005 to 2006, managing multi-million dollar accounts. Tiffany began their career as an Assistant Director of Sales Marketing at Best Western International from 2003 to 2005, overseeing banquet staff and conducting sales calls.

Tiffany Wiley, CBAP, has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended Madison Area Technical College, where they focused on Graphic Design. The following year, from 2005 to 2006, Tiffany Wiley enrolled in Blackhawk Technical College to study Business Administration and Management. During this time, they did not obtain a degree in either field but gained valuable knowledge and skills.

In terms of certifications, Tiffany Wiley obtained the IIBA - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in May 2015. This certification demonstrates their expertise in the field of business analysis and enhances their professional credentials.
