Burcu Basar

Burcu Basar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in infrastructure development, international dispute resolution, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Staff at Toyo University Asia Public Private Partnership Institute since July 2023, Burcu also practices as a part-time Legal Consultant and Lawyer at Hergüner Bilgen Üçer. Previously, Burcu worked as a Consultant for the Asia Public Private Partnership Institute and simultaneously runs a travel and photography website, Bizarre Journeys, as a Freelance Travel Writer & Photographer since May 2013. Burcu holds a Master’s degree in Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure Projects from Toyo University and an LLM in Private Law from Galatasaray Üniversitesi, coupled with a rich educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Galatasaray Üniversitesi and an exchange program in France.
