Mindy Howard Sphr

Mindy Howard, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a substantial work experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Mindy started in 1996 as a Human Resources Manager at Concentra and stayed there until 1999. In 2000, Mindy joined McKesson as a Human Resources Manager and worked there for eight years. Then in 2008, they joined Heritage Auctions as a Director of Human Resources and continued to take on higher roles within the company, including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Mindy's expertise and leadership have made their a valuable asset in managing and developing human resources strategies.

Mindy Howard, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University in 1998. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2001, the DDI Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International in October 2000, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2015, and the SHRM Executive Network Membership from the SHRM Executive Network in December 2022.
