Randy Nicholas Ritter has a diverse work experience. Randy Nicholas started their career at Butterfield Youth Services in 2009, where they served as a Childcare Specialist from May 2009 to April 2012, and later as an Assistant Supervisor at the Boy Intensive Care Residence from February 2012 to August 2013. Following that, they joined Heritage Auctions in August 2013 as a Client Services Representative, and quickly progressed to become a Client Services Team Lead/Supervisor in May 2014. Randy Nicholas then served as the Director of Client Services from April 2016 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Relations.

Randy Nicholas Ritter attended Missouri Valley College from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
