Franz Xiang

Franz Xiang is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst at Heritage Bank since June 2022, Franz previously held the role of System Administrator at Louis Dreyfus from November 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included providing IT support across Australia and Asia, as well as managing server configurations and troubleshooting network devices. Earlier career positions include System Specialist at IKEA IT and IT Support at Willis. Franz Xiang earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology between 2004 and 2006.
