Kassidee Kelley possesses a diverse background in financial services and management, currently serving in Commercial Loan Servicing at Heritage Bank of Nevada since July 2022, where responsibilities include drafting and reviewing loan documents to ensure compliance. Prior experience includes roles at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation as an Assistant in Processing, enhancing accuracy by reviewing loan applications, and at Umpqua Bank as a Relationship Banker MLO, where Kassidee originated loans and developed customer relationships. Earlier positions feature a Facilities Supervisor role at Mountain Valley Therapy, overseeing operations and team management, and bartending at Foghorn's and C4 Nightclub & Lounge. Kassidee holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Arkansas.
