Kim Light has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Kim started their career at Central Bank of Lebanon in 1980, where they served as the CEO for over three decades until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Heritage Bank of the Ozarks, initially taking on the role of President and later becoming the Chief Executive Officer/President. Kim continues to hold the position at Heritage Bank of the Ozarks.
Kim Light attended Missouri State University from 1976 to 1987, where they pursued a BS in Agri Business and later completed an MBA in Finance.
