Deborah Adelakun

Deborah Adelakun is an experienced customer care professional currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Heritage Bank Plc since June 2019. In this role, responsibilities include timely response to customer queries via email, chat, and social media, identifying customer needs, and analyzing product malfunctions. Prior to this, Deborah worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Ecobank Nigeria, where duties involved welcoming customers and addressing their inquiries and complaints. Deborah also has experience as a Biology Teacher at Ataoja High School, where instruction focused on imparting knowledge of biology to students, and as a Biomedical Scientist at Manhyia District Hospital, conducting various routine medical examinations. Deborah holds a BSc in Applied Biology with a concentration in Medical Microbiology from the University for Development Studies, completed in 2014.
