Olusoji Adeyeye has accumulated significant work experience in the banking sector. Olusoji began their career as an Audit Officer at Z. O. Ososanya & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1995. Olusoji then moved on to work at various financial institutions, including Reliance Bank, Guardian Express Bank Plc, and Zenith Bank Plc. At Guardian Express Mortgage, they served as the Group Head of Finance & Administration, successfully establishing the finance and administration systems for the mortgage operation. Olusoji later held positions at Spring Bank and Enterprise Bank before joining Heritage Bank Plc. At Heritage Bank, they served as the Chief Audit Executive, Group Head of Internal Control, and is currently the Regional Head. Throughout their career, Olusoji Adeyeye has gained expertise in internal control, investigation, fraud management, trade services, and documentary credit.

Olusoji Adeyeye MMP, FCA, FCTI completed their education history as follows. Olusoji obtained a BSc in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Olusoji later pursued a degree in Managerial Psychology, receiving an MMP from the University of Lagos between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Olusoji Adeyeye holds additional certifications. Olusoji has been verified for their international academic qualifications by the World Education Services in April 2021. Olusoji is also a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
