The Risk and Compliance team at Heritage Bank Plc is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the bank's operations to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard the financial integrity of the institution. This includes oversight and analysis of operational, market, and credit risks; business continuity management; threat and vulnerability assessments; information security controls; and adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-financing of terrorism (CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC), customer due diligence (CDD), and other regulatory requirements. The team works to preserve the bank's assets, enhance security measures, and maintain compliance with all statutory obligations while supporting sustainable business growth.
