Christine Jones, CRCM, CERP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christine started their career at Chase in 1995 as a Financial Center Manager, where they excelled in defining and implementing business strategies and achieving financial results. Christine later joined the Washington State Office of the Attorney General as a Legal Intern, responsible for preparing legal documents and providing recommendations on administrative cases. Currently, Christine is working at Heritage Bank NW as the VP, Lending Compliance Officer. In this role, they oversee compliance activities, provides advisory support to business partners, and collaborates with senior management on compliance-related projects and corrective action plans.
Christine Jones, CRCM, CERP has a diverse educational background in executive management, business law, and regulatory compliance. In 2020, they completed the Executive Development Program at the Washington Bankers Association, focusing on executive management. From 2011 to 2016, they attended South University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in Business Law. In 2016, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Washington Tacoma.
In addition to their academic achievements, Christine has obtained two professional certifications. In August 2019, they earned the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the American Bankers Association. Then, in June 2023, they obtained the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) certification, also granted by the American Bankers Association.
